Q: How fast do you ship?
A: All in-stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: We offer several different shipping options when you place your order: Express, Expedited, Standard, and Budget-Saver. Orders with Expedited service should arrive in 2-4 business days after the order is shipped. Standard service should take about 3-7 business days. Budge-saver is our lowest cost shipping option, and may take up to 14 business days to arrive (usually less). Express orders will arrive in 1-2 business days (1 day to over 90% of locations), from the day they are shipped.

Q: What are pre-orders?
A: Pre-orders are a way for you to order an item that hasn't been released yet. This is a great way to ensure that you will get your item once it is released. Many of our items are limited and can sell out before the actual release.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Ordering through our website is available to US customers only at this point. Limited number of our items is available through our Ebay Store also: OTAKU-PLAY-Games-Toys-Collectibles , many of those items may be available to international customers.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, and Paypal.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Currently we do not offer order pick ups. Please be sure to check back soon, as we are working to have our showroom open to the public.

Q: I have recently moved, can you ship to my new address?
A: All orders can ship to an approved address on file with your credit card issuer only. Please be sure to have the correct address on file with your credit card company, and use that address when placing your order.
